Shipping & Handling
- Free ground shipping and handling is offered an all orders over $75 for continental US customers.
- Ground shipping for continental US customers is based on the following table:

- We will choose UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for all Ground shipments to help keep shipping costs low.
- We are proud to offer a variety of additional shipping options via UPS should you need your item sooner. Pricing is based on item weight, so we can afford to give you great prices on even greater merchandise.
- Shipping costs are shown once you begin the checkout process.
- We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- A physical address is required for shipping.

We are typically able to ship the ordered item within a week or are able to make a suitable replacement. Either way, we will be sure to contact you first to ensure you are informed and comfortable with the planned action as your satisfaction with your Two Bostons experience is very important to us.
Returns & Exchanges
We happily accept returns of unused items. They must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the item. Please contact us prior to returning an item with the reason for the return so that we can expect it and issue a credit upon receipt. Send items back in their original packaging and in the original condition.
We do not offer refunds on beds or carriers for hygenic reasons.
All sales on sale items, personalized items and perishables are final. Special order deposits are non-refundable.
Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Sales tax will be added to orders placed for Illinois customers only.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Credit card accounts are billed at the time of shipment. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are questions pertaining to your order.
Gift Wrap
To have an order gift wrapped, please check the appropriate box during our check out process. A charge of $4.00 is added to your order for this service.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside
companies or third parties.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing
and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card
information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your
order in a timely manner. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing
this information.
We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mail list. These letters provide
you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related
events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name
from our list at any time.
