*ADOPTED* I’m Slater, a 1 year old at NAHS. Some people think that I may be big and scary just because I’m an American Pit Bull Terrier mix, but small and loveable would describe me better! Who could resist a face like mine? I love to play and would do best in an active family. Kids in my new home should be at least 12, just because I might tackle anyone smaller (remember, I LOVE to play). I enjoy the company of most other dogs, but would be too much for any kitty friends.
